DMCA takedown request requirements (English)

We take the intellectual property rights of others seriously and require that our Users do the same. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) established a process for addressing claims of copyright infringement.

If you own a copyright or have authority to act on behalf of a copyright owner and want to report a claim that a third party is infringing that material on or through AniPiece’s services, please submit a DMCA report via our Discord contact channel, and we will take appropriate action.

DMCA Report Requirements:

• 📝 A description of the copyrighted work that you claim is being infringed.
• 🔗 A description of the material you claim is infringing, including its URL or location on our site.
• 👤 Your name, title (if acting as an agent), address, telephone number, and email address.
• ⚖️ The following statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material I am complaining of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
• 📜 The following statement: "The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
• ✍️ An electronic or physical signature of the owner or authorized representative.

DMCA zahtev za uklanjanje sadržaja (srpski)

Ozbiljno shvatamo autorska prava drugih i zahtevamo da i naši korisnici poštuju ista. Zakon o digitalnom milenijumu o autorskim pravima (DMCA) uspostavlja postupak za rešavanje zahteva za kršenje autorskih prava.

Ako ste vlasnik autorskih prava ili imate ovlašćenje da postupate u ime vlasnika, i želite da prijavite kršenje sadržaja na AniPiece platformi, molimo vas da pošaljete DMCA zahtev putem našeg Discord servera. Naš tim će razmotriti prijavu i preduzeti odgovarajuće korake.

Vaš DMCA zahtev treba da sadrži:

• 📝 Opis dela za koje tvrdite da je zaštićeno autorskim pravima.
• 🔗 Opis materijala koji, po vašem mišljenju, krši autorska prava i URL ili lokaciju tog sadržaja na sajtu.
• 👤 Vaše ime, titulu (ako delujete kao agent), adresu, broj telefona i email adresu.
• ⚖️ Sledeću izjavu: „U dobroj veri verujem da upotreba materijala koji prijavljujem nije odobrena od strane vlasnika autorskih prava, njegovog zastupnika ili zakona (npr. kao fer upotreba).“
• 📜 Sledeću izjavu: „Informacije u ovom obaveštenju su tačne i, pod krivičnom odgovornošću, potvrđujem da sam vlasnik autorskih prava ili ovlašćen da postupam u ime vlasnika.“
• ✍️ Elektronski ili fizički potpis vlasnika ili ovlašćenog zastupnika.
